RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Conditions of Returns and Exchanges

  • Items need to be returned within 7 days of you receiving the product purchased online.

  • All items (purchased online or in market) must be returned in their original condition in brand new, unused, saleable condition.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided in the form of your receipt for in store purchases or online order number for online purchases.

  • Soo Studio reserves the right to return or reject any item that does not abide to the returns policy.

 

Online Purchases

If for any reason the item you have purchased is not quite right, we are happy to exchange, or refund any item purchased online.

Please note Crochet Flower or Bouquet cannot be return, refund or exchange.

If eligible for a refund, this can only be returned the same way it was processed. We are unable to refund to alternative debit/credit cards. The refund must be processed back on the original payment method used.

To request a return for your online order, please email soostudionz@gmail.com with your order number and intent to return your purchase. Once your return is approved, please securely package your items back to us with your completed returns form included via a traceable method to our online team.

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed. We will raise an exchange or refund once your return has been received and accepted by Soo Studio.

You are more than welcome to visit us in the market to return your online purchase if this is more convenient for you. Please understand our market are unable to process a full refund, however we can assist you find another item to exchange for.

Market Purchases

Any items purchased in the market can be exchange within the days and must be in their original packaging and in brand new, unworn condition. For in the market purchases, we are only able to arrange an exchange. We are unable to issue a refund for these items, on the premise that you have been in the market to view and try the item. Items purchased over the phone with the market follow this same process. If you are unsure of the item, we would recommend to purchase through our online store.

We are unable to offer Refunds if you have a change of mind on your in market purchase as you have had the opportunity to view the style before purchasing.

Additional Condition

Please note Soo Studio does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of being returned to us and we recommend a traceable method.

Your placement of an order at the Soo Studio constitutes your agreement that these polices apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.
