Shipping Cost​

Depend your location and we have different post price between New Zealand North Island and South Island, and Australia.​​

How will my order be sent?
All orders within New Zealand are shipped via New Zealand Post with tracking. International orders are shipped via DHL with tracking. Your order can be delivered to either your home or work address (includes Rural Delivery). All packages require a signature on delivery, (this does not apply to Rural Delivery). If no one is at home when the courier attempts to deliver your parcel, a card will be left for you to contact the courier depot to organise a more convenient delivery time.

When will my order be sent?

As each piece is handmade with care, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made, prepared and dispatched.

Please note that our products are handmade to order and we are unable to accommodate urgent orders or guarantee expedited processing. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we take the time to prepare each order with care.

During Covid-19, if delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons beyond Soo Studio's control we will inform you as soon as possible and refund (or credit you) for the amount that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.

We will provide you with a tracking details once your order has been dispatched to confirm your new piece of jewellery is on the way.

How long will delivery take?
New Zealand Post usually delivers within 1-2 business days (a business day is any day other than a weekend or public holiday). If you have not received your delivery within 4 business days, you should contact Courier Post with the tracking number supplied to you.

Soo Studio will make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders as promptly as possible after they have been accepted. However, delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, public holidays or unforeseen events.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
